Unlocked Home Relief provides comprehensive support to homeowners facing financial hardship or pre-foreclosure in New England and beyond.

We start by listening to your situation confidentially, ensuring you feel heard and understood. Then, we tailor reliable home-selling solutions with holistic services—like relocation assistance, job search, and affordable housing support—to ensure a stress-free transition and long-term stability.

Many homeowners come to us when they are facing job loss, health issues, major traumatic life events, a death in the family, or extreme financial distress. Whether you are facing an auction date or just need to be pointed in the right direction, we are able to help you navigate a path forward even under the most difficult circumstances. 

Our consultations and core supportive services are provided at no cost out of pocket. By securing the highest offer for your property through our reputable network of buyers, our company is paid a “finder’s fee” by the buyer at closing. Any services provided through our Fresh Start Housing Solutions program are reimbursed at closing as well. Our programs do not involve commissions, closing costs, repairs, or inspections.

We offer flexible options, including:

Through this program, we offer personalized help with finding affordable housing (even with credit challenges, lack of rental history, or multiple pets!), packing/moving support, job search services, and even help cover rental deposits through our emergency Relief Fund (for qualified individuals). Each client is assigned a Relocation Specialist to ease their transition and provide direct assistance every step of the way.

We offer personalized support, including resume/cover letter enhancement, curated job listings, application guidance, daily check-ins, employment verification help, and connections to local recruiters, job fairs and opportunities.
