Five years ago, our co-founders, Jonathan and Jordan Stratton, witnessed a disturbing trend across New England: homeowners facing financial hardship had virtually nowhere to turn for honest, comprehensive guidance. Driven by a calling to protect families from being preyed upon during their most vulnerable moments, they founded Unlocked Home Relief as a compassionate, value-first “one-stop shop” where people can find transparent education and real options for a path forward. Jordan Stratton
As co-owner and co-founder, Jordan manages the behind-the-scenes operations that keep transactions moving smoothly for both buyers and sellers. Serving as the primary liaison, she handles structural transaction coordination, home searches, relocations, job placements, and moving logistics to ensure optimal, "win-win-win" outcomes. As a stay-at-home working mom of five young children—and someone who frequently laughs off the background chaos on calls—Jordan balances professional drive with family adventures, focusing on teaching her children compassion, understanding, and respect for others.
Noli Peterson
Known across the team as the "systems and numbers guy," Noli drives the technical engine behind the company's real estate initiatives. By combining a deep background in property management, sales, and technical infrastructure, he integrates advanced systems and digital platforms designed to streamline property underwriting and transaction efficiencies. An accomplished entrepreneur, Noli fosters a corporate culture centered on continuous improvement and collaboration. Outside of the technical landscape, he dedicates his time to personal development, outdoor activities, music, and enjoying life with friends and family.
Jess Brill
Jess coordinates the essential behind-the-scenes framework for Unlocked Home Relief, overseeing project management, brand strategy, digital marketing campaigns, training, and executive administration. Leveraging an analytical background in real estate operations, she previously served as the central transaction link between buyers, sellers, agents, title companies, and attorneys. Her specialized focus on workflow optimization ensures that the operations team maintains its trademark speed and efficiency while scaling sustainable regional growth. Off the clock, Jess focuses on motherhood, exploring nature with her kids, and relaxing with her cats.
Sabrina Malcolm
Operating out of Jamaica, Sabrina serves as a specialized acquisitions associate, identifying and securing properties that fit the unique creative solutions framework of the company. She launched her real estate career in 2020 amid the shifting dynamics of the global pandemic, developing a swift talent for client communication and asset sourcing. Driven by a deep passion for helping property owners solve complex real estate challenges, Sabrina thrives in a collaborative environment that treats team members like family and prioritizes client care above all else.
Celina Alvarez
Hailing from the southern region of the Philippines, Celina entered the real estate sector as an operational transaction coordinator. Over the past four years, she has successfully expanded her skill set across multiple facets of the property lifecycle, culminating in her role as an acquisitions specialist. Dedicated to continuous professional growth, Celina leverages her strict attention to detail and market expertise to help clients navigate complex property scenarios and hit their real estate goals alongside a highly focused support team.

An administrative assistant for several years, Charlize began her real estate career as a transaction coordinator, providing support to her team in more ways than one.
